Already Broken

  • Everything is possible. Anything can happen, even to the people and things you love. We may be shocked or devastated by those events when they occur.

  • But why is that? What makes us so devastated by events? We aren’t stressed by things we know will happen. It’s only because we didn’t consider the possibility in the first place that we feel upset.

  • Don’t forget to consider everything, including what you feel good about or consider evil. Don’t get surprised by unexpected situations. Take your time to consider all possibilities. For you, nothing should be unexpected!

  • Let’s take a look at relationships. Are all of them destined to be forever? Know it and accept it. There are many situations where one-sided expectations can only lead to mental and emotional damage. The relationship had been broken from the start. So learn to let go of things that are already broken and can’t be fixed. You can’t break what’s already broken.

  • Considering things breakable will make it easier to accept them when they do break.

  • However, don’t break things that are not broken. Often, the wrong expectations you have can come true simply because they are based on beliefs and anticipations, and your actions and behavior are aligned to fulfill those beliefs. Don’t let your fear and emotions dominate you, isolate you, and become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
