- Time and again, we have heard this phrase that age is just a number. For some, aging is less dramatic than others. While some age-related changes can be benign, the fact of the matter is that aging does bring a lot of chronic diseases in humans. So, what do we do?
- Make yourself satisfied with your age, weight, and the number of years left. Being young is an attitude and what matters is the life in those years. So go out and look for the real things, real friends, authentic experiences, live fully present, eat healthily, and grow relationships.
- Time is a concept humans created, and being older doesn’t mean you are more mature. However, when you get mature enough, you’ll understand that age doesn’t count. You’re still ‘you,’ no matter the age. Even if you got severe disease, you can set goals and learn something new. We all must constantly challenge ourselves. Continue to be curious about life, don’t let things revolve around your age, and enjoy life the way you once enjoyed during your childhood.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
