- We are all unaware; unaware of when and how we’ll die, and this is the uncertainty we are afraid of. We have labeled these emotions about death as painful, and negative and thus, we try to avoid this topic.
- Death is the ultimate truth. Everyone who took birth has to die one day, but still, most of us have unnecessary and unhealthy attachments to family relations and other material possessions. We all know that death is inevitable. So, why lament over something inevitable? Even if we stay in the safest place in this universe, our death is inevitable. Our race, status, whether rich or poor, religion, or sexual orientation won’t matter. We all will die one day, and we have to accept this fact.
- We all have the same finale to our story even though our society is becoming more and more uneven. Nothing matters after you’re dead. So, enjoy and live your best life every day but keep practicing mindfulness of death.
