- Society expects you to behave a certain way, but only when you know yourself can you separate yourself from others and do your own thing. So take a few minutes a day to pause and observe yourself and the world around you. The more you know yourself, the more there is clarity in your life, the more you can grow, and the more you have patience for others and their mistakes.
- Explore yourself and understand your mind and body. Question your automatic thoughts. If they are negative, then why? And how can you switch them to something more positive?
- Ask yourself thoughtful questions. What’s important to you? and what do you need? What are your dreams and passion? What are your personality traits, and what do you value the most? Answer these questions often because we all constantly change, and getting to know yourself is a never-ending process.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
