• You’re sad only when you lose something valuable. You’re scared, only when the danger is present. You’re in guilt only when you know you did something wrong. Emotions are important. Deal with them and understand them because hiding them doesn’t make them go away.

  • In the end, your emotions have to go somewhere, and numbing them has consequences. They eat you from inside and take the joy out of your life. It’s okay to be broken, but don’t run away from your emotions. When you conquer your anxiety, sit with your pain and accept that it’s a part of your life, your emotions will transform you into a better version of yourself.

  • Sometimes we all run away from our true feelings, but this distraction might only be good in the short term. Don’t try to take your mind off immediately by working and running away from your emotions. Instead, constantly check in with yourself – being aware, focused, and understanding is better for your long term.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours
