Things better left unsaid

  • As bad as you want to address the topic, some things are better left unsaid. The problem is we realize that right after we say something stupid. So why say something that you’ll immediately regret? Why react angrily, emotionally, and selfishly?

  • Some people are great at peaceful conversation, and it’s better to express yourself to them. But, on the other hand, some people shout, don’t have the guts to admit their faults, change the topic, and maybe gaslight you. Explaining yourself to that kind of person only leads to more hatred and arguments.

  • Our feelings can’t be repressed forever, and they will find a way out. But, even though we feel a topic shouldn’t be left unspoken, there’s a time and place for everything. So, wait, be aware of your mood and prepare before you speak. We see and interpret the same thing differently at different points of our lives. So, give yourself more time to think and ensure you’re not reacting egotistically or making an ignorant mistake.

  • Ever heard the saying, “If you don’t have anything nice to say….” You know the rest, right? “Don’t say anything at all.” Our words shouldn’t make us feel good at someone else’s expense.
Spread the word. Share your love.
