Tune it OUT

  • An undisciplined person can be distracted and riled up by any little thing, be it from social media or by an acquaintance. But a strong person doesn’t react to negative toxic people and situations. They know what to ignore and how to ignore. They understand that it’s not a weakness to shut out the negativity.

  • When feeling pessimistic, try to understand the cause of your negativity and don’t let the negativity cloud your judgment. Remember the reactions you typically take during those situations but this time, promise yourself not to repeat them. You can find positivity in any case, so look for them and celebrate them.

  • We all have our weak points and our triggers. Identify yours and stay away from your stimulus as much as possible. Better yet, remove them from your life. Don’t get caught up in the empty drama negativity brings. Tune it out. It only distracts you from your goals and peace, and nothing’s more important than that.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
