- Do you remember your great-great-grandparents? I don’t. It’s no one’s fault, and there’s nothing we can do about it. We’re all here for a short while, and history is just too long for any of us to remember. Our parents know so many famous people of their time, but we do not. There are so many of them, and we can’t remember them all. They are long gone, and so are most people who remembered them.
- Our lives are fleeting, and we still run after being remembered. So we put our names on the park bench, the library, and wherever possible. There are billions of people, and someone will always be more wealthy than you. Someone will be a better artist than you are, maybe be more successful, or someone might completely change the world for the better.
- Most of us run after power and money to become famous but forget that our jobs or the money we make don’t define our entire lives. Remember that we all have the same end, so be humble and make a difference.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
