You are your trump card

  • In the long term, what happens to you doesn’t matter; how you react to it matters. So our “trump card” is our ability to decide how we respond to external events.

  • Learn to accept that things can and will go wrong, so knowing what you can control and how you can respond is the best way to cope with any situation.

  • Always choose happiness and control what external events mean to you personally by responding to them calmly and confidently. Don’t give negativity power over your life, and remember that you are your biggest trump card.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.

Spread the word. Share your love.
