Laugh at your pain

  • There’s more humor than hate to be found in about every situation. So, we should take a lighter view of things and bear them with an easy spirit.

  • Laughing at your pain doesn’t mean you have to deny reality. On the contrary, laughing has positive effects and can increase your threshold to endure pain, make you calm, and help you make decisions carefully.

  • There’s little to no purpose in getting angry. So, when things go wrong, laugh about it. True strength is to show your pain and keep going on no matter what.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
