Avoid low standards

-
Humans are naturally curious, but it is up to us to decide which information we allow to enter. Is caring about celebrities’ latest controversy worthwhile? Is this wholesome entertainment? How about global negative news? What difference do you make with it? Consider what you focus on and avoid fake and low-standard content.
-
Some relationships drain you, causing you to lose yourself. So, understand the difference between people who like you for you and people who want you for what they can get out of you. Avoid those with low standards.
-
It isn’t necessary to allow people with low standards, drama, and conflict to take up space in your mind. Uninvited guests may come, but there’s no need to let them stay too long.
-
Get rid of physical, psychological, social, and cultural junk. You need good nutrition for your body, and so do for your mind. So take care of yourself, and be careful of what you let it, regardless of what’s happening around you. Stay away from people who have a problem with every solution , and surround yourself with high-quality content and high-standard people.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
