Be Kind

  • Being kind is good for your heart, boosts the immune system, reduces stress, improves self-esteem , and our body secrets the feel-good hormone that makes us happy.

  • It’s contagious when someone’s kind to you, and most people would love to pay it forward. Kindness is an opportunity for your benefit. It’ll make you understand who people are, what they need, and what forces might be acting on them. It’ll thus strengthen your relationships.

  • And since we only focus on things that we control , whether or not others return the favor is not our concern. We chose to be kind.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
