  • When things go wrong, don’t look for a scapegoat instead of solving those problems. Don’t make others responsible for difficult things that happen to you. Take responsibility, and seek help.

  • It’s hard to work when you’re emotional, and your mind spins around asking ‘why,’ ‘how,’ and ‘why me?’ So what if you made mistakes? Focus on making the situation better, learn from it and move on.

  • Always look for the good in everyone you meet, and don’t be over-critical of yourself too. No blame, no pity, just focus.
