Don't fear Death

-
Don’t fear death; instead, fear the fear of death. Think about all the things and adventures you are missing out on because of your fear of dying. The fear of death might limit your full potential.
-
Be mindful of death because if you don’t discuss it enough, the topic of death becomes scarier. Process the idea of death and dying and accept that death is inevitable. The older you get, the less you fear death because the less you might have a fear of missing out on life.
-
We fear death like nothing else. We also fear that death might be too painful, but that’s not always the case. Humans have a great capacity to endure pain, and sometimes the fear is illogical and wastes your emotional and mental energy. So, live a great life and create something of your own that will live forever. Those who live their lives thoroughly don’t fear death and are usually the ones who are prepared to die anytime.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
