Many things don’t matter to us, but we still spend a lot of time on them. Please don’t make your unimportant tasks meaningful by giving them your valuable time.

When you’re worried, ask yourself if the task is worth it to be concerned about? and give higher importance to things that genuinely matter - your family, your health, and commitments. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
