  • Look at the bright side and turn “have to do” to “get to do.”

  • You do the right thing and act nobly because you want to, not because you are forced to, even though sometimes, there are incentives to do something wrong in the short term.

  • Eating healthy and exercising, being kind, doing household chores, looking out for opportunities instead of feeling like a victim, listening intently, and giving others the benefit of the doubt all sound challenging, but you know that it’s the right thing for you to do. You don’t have to do this; you get to do this. Change your mindset.
