Eating healthy and exercising, being kind, doing household chores, looking out for opportunities instead of feeling like a victim, listening intently, and giving others the benefit of the doubt all sound challenging, but you know that it’s the right thing for you to do. You don’t have to do this; you get to do this. Change your mindset.
