Functions of your strong mind

is to

  • Make  better choices. The choice you make makes you.

  • Choose to spend time on  things that matter.

  • Resist temptation  and create good habits.

  • Yearn to be better  and to believe that there are far better days ahead.

  • Enjoy others’ achievements  and understand that others’ accomplishments don’t diminish your own.

  • Repel negativity  and fill your mind with positive thoughts.

  • Prepare for the future  and accept challenges.  It belongs to those who prepare for it.

  • Find our purpose  as life can be unbearable without it.

  • Accept things as they are  and control how we respond to what’s happening.

  • Exercise patience  and perseverance because you know that all good things in life take time.

  • Stay in a  growth mindset; despite all the obstacles. Give your mind some room but always be willing to grow.

  • Accept failures  and view them as an opportunity for growth.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
