Life is a training ground

  • Sometimes we tend to give too much importance to things that don’t really matter. We take things too seriously, as if our lives depend on them.

  • Retaliation is natural when someone messes with us or acts foolishly. However, revenge is easy and, most of the time, unnecessary. Rather than taking it personally, we should remind ourselves that we are all learning, as are the people around us.

  • What is the point of considering our lives as training? By doing so, it is easier to think about our mistakes and be generous with others’ mistakes.  By doing this, we develop better relationships with everyone, and we learn more about ourselves.

  • Remember that each day and situation is part of a training exercise,  so just chill and don’t take everything too seriously. By thinking this way, you will become more reasonable and more accepting of yourself and of those around you. Thus, have a resilient attitude and consider life as just training where everyone is at a different level.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
