Question your habits

-
We all love making new good habits, and sometimes that’s all we can read and worry about. For most parts, habits are good but, they are wrong if they become your blind path. So, question everything, and never do anything out of habit. Always try to find better ways to do things and understand why you do what you do.

Ask yourself supportive questions or reframe those questions until you get the answer, instead of saying, “I don’t know.” Confusion keeps you stuck. So, make better assumptions, and think it through if there’s a better way to do your task? Find the gap in all products, and look for a new solution. There’s always a market to disrupt, just like many startups did by making it easier for their customer to use their product using technology. Do what you say you’ll do , and don’t just tackle the easy task by procrastinating and putting away the complex ones.

Learning new behavior isn’t easy so expect discomfort. It’ll always backfire if you turn a behavior that requires effort and critical thinking into a habit. You can make routines effortless but not critical thinking and problem-solving.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
