Sometimes, we powerfully pine for things and can be very selfish with our requests when we pray. If you have faith in your God, you don’t need to ask anything from them; your God will give it to you if it’s required or if they don’t, then accept it humbly.
Instead of praying for divine intervention to magically make your life easy, ask for clarity in thoughts and ask for strength so you can do what you need to do.
You’ll find that you already had that in you. There is no need to ask for stuff when you pray selfishly.
