The Angry Man

  • Anger is not impressive; it’s a mistake and a weakness but being calm? Well, that is your biggest strength. It is an antidote to your fight and flight responses.

  • Don’t react and let anyone push your buttons. Set your boundaries and stop allowing anyone to cross the line. Control and power over our reactions are the attributes of a great man. So, don’t let your anger make you irrational.

  • Be firm but not violent, have courage, but not rage. Be in control of your irrational emotions and be respectful to others and yourself. Put away your negative thoughts to maintain balance and to have control over your mind and body. Stay calm!

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
