  • Everyone’s life is generally as hard as anyone else’s. So, accept yours and move forward. Accept what your life brings you, and stop blaming anyone else for it.

  • You make your decisions, so you have to accept the ultimate responsibility for all of your choices. Understand that the cause of your troubled mind is your own opinion of the situation. If you did wrong, then accept the blame for what happened.

  • No one wins the blame game. So, instead of being judgemental, be empathetic to others and yourself. Challenge yourself to spend the whole week without blaming anyone or anything for your troubles.
