Three-part philosophy

-
Stoic philosophy consists of three parts. First is morality that puts your soul in order and helps you find the goodness of each human being. We don’t have anything if we don’t have ethics and integrity. So, stand up for what you believe in because wrong is wrong, even if everyone does it.
-
The second is to examine the natural order of things and understand the interdependence in this interconnected world. Natural order includes everything from having perfect health, abundance, peace, and harmony. As humans, we need to understand our roles as part of the natural order of this universe and accept where we fit in it.
-
The third is rationality which is to keep falsehoods from creeping in to displace truth. We are all emotional beings, and most of the decisions we make are just that, and then we make excuses and reasons to support our choices. So, it’s better to be rational as it’s the only way to get good results in the real world. All these three parts have one common aim: to live a good life governed by logic.
