Watch the Wise

  • Pick someone wise as a model or as an inspiration for your actions. It could be your father, sister, or even your god. There’s no need to completely imitate but just rather observe their actions and use what’s beneficial. It’s even better to have multiple people you can look up to and watch and understand why they do what they do.

  • If you have the same end goal as your mentor or your idol, there’s no harm in looking at their path and following them. Learn from the journey of the people you idolize.

  • There is something to be learned from everyone. So surround yourself with great people, listen to the authority, question them while you prep for the future, and consistently seek to increase your knowledge.

  • It’s always better to learn from other’s mistakes than to make your own. But remember that it’s still essential to make your own (hopefully new and better) mistakes and learn from them too. So, watch the wise, follow their path until you build your own , and don’t let anyone else define it for you.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
