What is it actually worth?

What is it actually worth?

  • There are so many apps available on your phone, and most of them are free to use. But, why are they free? Because free things have a cost too, and that cost is your time and attention.  So, while you walk past your possessions today, ask yourself, “Do I really need this?”

  • Learn about yourself and evaluate what you want. Be honest with yourself and understand the actual value of things you own.  It might be difficult for you initially to give up on the excess if you’re one of those who buy whatever’s new in the market and you allow the brand name to make you buy things that you don’t need. But after a while, it gets easy, and you’ll care less and less about what others think of you. Everything you own must have value for you and add something positive to your life.

  • Be free, and don’t let the things you own, own you. Be a minimalist, sell your extra stuff, donate, or give it away to your friends and family. When you buy and use only the things you need, you’ll have an uncluttered environment that will bring you calm and clarity. And, the less you own, the less you have to fix when it’s broken, and the more time you’ll have to work on yourself , do what’s necessary, and be more present.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
