Be Unconquerable

Be Unconquerable

  • Is stress really that terrible all the time? It is sometimes good since we perform better when we are alert and focused , provided the pressure is under our control. However, we’ve all reacted emotionally during stressful situations, and nothing good came of it. Reacting emotionally only makes the situation worse.

  • Stay calm and make reasoned choices without reacting or flinching when challenging situations arise  in life. Top performers remain calm and in control under stress. Stay calm under pressure, go for a walk, stay positive, and think things through to be rational.

  • Think about the worst that can happen, and ask yourself if you can handle it? Focus on one task at a time and then approach it as if it was normal.  Prepare yourself physically and mentally for all possible situations by practicing them repeatedly. Keep the ‘What If’ questions out of your mind and refrain from thinking of the unknown possibilities. Rather,  focus on your current situation and take action NOW.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
