Change your Opinions

During our teen years, many of us were omnivores, but later on, arguments against meat and the environmental benefits of a plant-based diet changed our minds, too. Information can come in at any time, so be prepared to reevaluate and change your opinion if necessary.

Perception and opinion are not facts. Everyone is entitled to their own viewpoint. So listen to others’ views and learn from them. A wise person becomes wise through study and humility, not through ego and complacency.

Don’t worry about being right - sometimes, whether you are right or wrong doesn’t matter. Put yourself in others’ shoes and accept that there’s a possibility that you might change your beliefs. Fight your biases and prejudices because they limit your ability to see things clearly.

There is nothing wrong with changing your mind tomorrow. Opinions aren’t cemented in stone. Today, when information changes, so should your views and habits.
