Feed your focus

-
Keep it short and simple and focus on one task at a time. Schedule periods of uninterrupted time. Turn off your notifications, and live this moment in DND or airplane mode. There is no multitasking, no checking your phone, no making calls, and no scrolling through social media. Instead, focus solely on your work, bring more attention, and work smarter.
-
Don’t overanalyze even the simplest of things. Write down your to-do for the day instead of being overwhelmed. Do your thing and cut your tasks off your list 1 by 1. Getting overwhelmed is often as unproductive as doing nothing, and it is far more unpleasant.
-
We all want to do great things but get distracted by every other minor distraction. That’s not how you’ll get the work done. Being selective and doing less is the path of the productive. Focus first only on the important few and ignore the rest. Start with one, give your full attention, and level up!
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
