History repeats itself

History repeats itself. Now, instead of being scared of it, this fact can also give you a calming, centering effect and allow you to focus, learn necessary lessons and get some clarity. More or less, we are all similar to the people who came before us. Sure, people born 100 years back couldn’t enjoy Netflix lie we do or travel the world as we do now. But, centrally, we remain the same. We all live and die, laugh and cry.

Unexpected things can happen, and whatever can happen will happen, be it in disguise. You might get a health problem, or someone might betray you or break your heart, or you might get stuck in a natural disaster. To fix this, we need to learn our lessons and change our path.

In the end, as humans, we all have a few basic needs. We all need safety from our environment and some love from the people we care about. We all want to contribute and make a meaningful impact on this world, be free to do whatever we want, and have self-fulfillment and growth in our work. We should understand our innate needs and our history to empower ourselves.
