Strength in silence

  • Chances are there are things that you might have said just to reassure yourself, which you didn’t need to. This compulsive talking could be an indication of your insecurity because you’re uncomfortable with pauses.

  • By staying quiet, you’ll be able to understand others and their problems better and get feedback. You can also learn more from others than you can from your own voice.

  • Silence is a way to build strength. It is polite and offers compassion for others. It also provides you clarity and thus leads to better decision-making.
