Trade bad habits for the good ones

-
Sometimes, your stress and boredom lead you to bad habits, which interrupt your life, jeopardize your health, and waste your time and energy. Identify what triggers your bad habits and establish something new to replace it. Remember that you don’t just eliminate a bad habit; you replace it.
-
Cut triggers, choose a substitute, and surround yourself with people who live the way you want to live. Hide the liquor and throw out the sweets. If you don’t have the willpower, then manipulate your surroundings, so you don’t have the option to fail.
-
There will be times when you slip. It’s alright. Don’t get frustrated and hang in there because changing habits take time. When you screw things up, it makes you a human, but it makes you an even better one when you correct them.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
