What do you control?

-
You can’t control anything that is not of your own doing. If you can’t handle the situation, control what you think about it. Move on and focus your energy elsewhere and work on things that you can control; your mind.
-
Control your effort at work, and if you’re not working, then control how you’ll take your time off. Control how often you think about your past and control how you interpret things and act on your feelings. Control how often you judge other people. Control how often you try new things in life and how many risks you take. It’s better to focus on things going right and concentrate on your thoughts and actions. Always do what’s important and healthier in the long run.
-
You can guide your choices and opinion about anything and everything just by changing the way you think. If you change the way you think, you’ll change your reality. Understand that you are the problem, and you are the problem solver. Sometimes accepting things as they are by not putting labels on things as good or bad is more helpful.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
