Cut your media consumption

-
Today, there is so much to see, learn and entertain ourselves with that sometimes we should follow an information diet. Fortunately, not all information is worth our time, and most of the information is not even valuable. We surely can live without it.
-
Try and reduce the information you consume every day. Sometimes we read books, watch documentaries and justify ourselves, but that is still a form of procrastination of the actual work at hand. So don’t hide behind your books, cut your media consumption and be content with what you know instead of seeming knowledgeable.

It’s okay not to know everything. You don’t need to know everything. The only time staying on top of the situation is essential is when you need to make decisions based on the event itself, respond immediately and control the situation. To be in control of the important, we need to give up on the less important and avoid the distractions that lower our productivity.
But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
