No need for an Opinion

No need for an Opinion

  • Have you ever had a friend, an uncle, or a boss who others liked but you didn’t? Everybody seems to love him, but somehow you don’t. Then time passed, and you later got to know the person, and your opinion changed. So, what was the point of this all? You had this negativity and maybe hatred in you but of no use. All your energy - wasted.  Later you felt it might have been better if you didn’t have an unfavorable opinion in the first place.

  • Do you care about something that you don’t know about? No, right? Do you react to someone who uses offensive words in a foreign language that you don’t understand? Most likely, you’d laugh. So, it’s possible to have NO opinion about a negative thing just by pretending that you had no idea it ever occurred.

  • We all make opinions based on what we learned and experienced and what our friends and family taught us. But, there’s no need for an opinion. It’s optional. It’s okay not to know everything  and not have opinions about everything.

  • Your opinion about things will determine what you feel - if you have negative thoughts, you’ll feel negative. So, don’t let your beliefs about every tiny thing upset your state of mind. Instead, our goal should be to free ourselves from stuff that brings nothing positive to our lives and let it become irrelevant  or non-existent.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
